You are involved; untiring; empathetic; and, most assuredly, value the people you serve. In fact, you are a native of our great city and have grown up with many of our citizens. You are well-aware of the needs of the City and their citizens. In my experience with the Commissioner of the Revenue's Department, I have been most impressed with the extraordinary customer service displayed by the staff in every division. Employees are well-skilled, cross-strained and adept in providing exemplary service. This is a testament to you, Phil. The Department works as a team or, even more accurately, a family. I know you have assisted many citizens with their issues. I also know you have re-contacted these citizens to confirm that they were satisfied with their resolution - another example of the superb customer service displayed to our citizens.
